The Phylogenetic tree based on ITS1 and ITS4 gene regions of Candida spp. using kimura 2-parameter model in Maximum Likelihood algorithm with 1000 bootstrap re-sampling. Schizosaccharomyces pombe (Accession number, U40085.1) was considered as an out-group branch. Bootstrap values of higher than 70% were supported the topology on each branch.
