Complete genome alignment of S. Dublin isolates from France. The novel genomic island ST313-GI harbouring the gene st313-td is present in the invasive S. Typhimurium str. D23580 (accession number: FN4244051) however they are absent from the three Vi antigen positive S. Dublin isolates (04.4663, 201,208,251 and SARB13). The other S.
