• Duration of symptom > 1.4 years before the TBD-RC

• Diagnostic delay > 15 days within the TBD-RC

• Moderate satisfaction with care and medical management at the TBD-RC

• Multiplicity of suspected diagnoses at the beginning of their management

• Lack of acceptance of the diagnosis offered by the TBD-RC

• History of antibiotic therapy > 2 months or combination of anti-infective agents
