  1. Diagnosis: (i) Stones in kidney, urethra, and bladder. (ii) Tumors (bladder cancer, prostate cancer, renal tumor) (iii) Others (renal failure, dysuria, erectile dysfunction, hypospadias, ureteral stricture, urinary incontinence, hematuria, undescended testis, prostate hyperplasia) Diabetes mellitus was present as comorbidity in control group was 50(8%), in Community- acquired UTI group was 28(13.6%), and in hospital-acquired UTI group was 67(25.5%), there was statistically significant difference between groups (P < 0.001). a, b, c:Different superscript denote significant pairwise comparison with adjusted significance
