Nomogram representation of the prediction model for long covid incidence. The prediction is based on the values of variables age, hypertension and bronchial asthma. Each variable is represented by a line in the nomogram. To make a prediction for a new patient, first determine the known values of the variables on the nomogram. Then follow the lines for each variable and note the corresponding point on the first line in the nomogram. Add these points for all three variables. Finally, to make the prediction, add these points and then compare the position of the resulting total points on the next to last line, with the predicted probability on the last line
