A-D Some air anterior to the right cerebral hemisphere and within the right lateral ventricle is seen, which is due to a recent operation. shadow of two EVDs is seen traversing the cerebral hemisphere and entering the right lateral ventricle. Some hemorrhage is seen along the path of the posterior EVD which is due to a recent operation. Also, some hemorrhage is seen within the ventricular system which can be due to recent EVD insertion and partly due to the extension of previous hemorrhagic lesions to the ventricular system. Despite the presence of mentioned EVD, sign of the severe communicating type of hydrocephalus is seen, associated with a mild shift of midline structures to the left side. Also sign of previous hypodense lesions and associated diffuse edema formation within the white matter is again seen in this study
