Climate analysis of Recife city, Brazil. Monthly temperature, rainfall and humidity data were analyzed between 2011 and 2013 (DENV circulation) and between 2016 and 2018 (DENV, CHIKV and ZIKV co-circulation). Statistical analyses were performed using the one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) and paired t-test (p-value < 0.05 and 95% confidence interval). Temperature and humidity information was collected from the National Institute of Meteorology (Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia, INMET). Rainfall data were obtained from the State Agency of Water and Climate (Agência Pernambucana de Águas e Clima, APAC). DENV: dengue virus; CHIKV: chikungunya virus; ZIKV: Zika virus
