The Calibration curves of one-step and two-step RT-qPCR. Serially diluted RNA containing RdRp (A), N (B, D), S (C) targets were amplified and analyzed in one-step (A, B) and two-step (B, D) RT-qPCR protocols. The threshold cycle (Ct) values were plotted against the concentration of RNA standards ng/µl. The coefficient of determination (R2) and the linear regression curve (y) for everyone was calculated
