Agreement among sampling sites results based on detected viruses. Kappa coefficients represent the agreement of results between each pair of sampling sites according to the viruses detected: rhinovirus, influenza A, enterovirus and any respiratory virus. A kappa value of 1 indicates perfect agreement, while a kappa value of 0 indicates no agreement beyond chance. Darker shades indicate stronger agreement of results between sampling sites.
