A Sandwich ELISA using C7 as capture antibody and biotinylated 4N12 as reporter. The dose/response curves were prepared with 1:2 serial dilutions of the UV-inactivated CHIKV preparation in CHIKV-free serum or assay buffer. The concentration of CHIKV is expressed in terms of CHIKV particles per mL, based on the concentration of E2 as described in detail in the "Method" section.
