The risk of a COVID-19 patient for becoming a severe patient can be measured by this screening tool, and its risk score equaled to the total score of above seven predictors
^aAccording to the OR values of above predictors, they were categorized into different level risk factor: not discernible, weak, middle, strong and very strong level risk factors, their risks were weighted as 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively
