CT showed hydropneumothorax and extensive compression atelectasis on the right side of the chest on November 1st (a). After thorough pleural drainage and anti-infective treatment, CT showed right pleural thickening, pleural effusion, multiple cord shadows in the middle and lower lobe, and consolidation of the lower lobe on November 18 (b). On December 7, CT re-examination showed that the multiple cords in the middle and lower lobe of the right lung were obviously absorbed and the consolidation range of the lower lobe was slightly reduced
