Results of polyclonal phage ELISA related to six biopanning rounds against anti ExoA- DI protein. The plates were coated with 24 μg/ml domain I protein, blocked with 3% BSA, and the binding of precipitated phages from different rounds was determined using anti-M13-HRP at 1:2000 dilution. Absorbance values are represented as the mean ± standard deviation (SD) of three independent determinations. Error bars show the standard deviation for each set of data
