Phylogenetic tree of novel putative HPV types and 166 representative HPV sequences from Gamma-PV genus. Phylogenetic analysis of partial E1 nucleotide sequences obtained with Gamma-PV PCR (~ 158 bp) and the phylogenetic position of four novel putative HPV types (EP26, EP27, EP28, EP29) identified in this study. Only bayesian posterior probability (BPP) values of > 0.50 are shown. Novel putative HPV types identified in this work are indicated with solid dots.
