NGS analysis. RNA was transcribed in cDNA and sequencing libraries were prepared using the NexteraXT DNA preparation kit following the manufacturer’s instructions. Libraries were loaded and sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq sequencer using a V3 600 cycles kit.
