Weight of egg-injected and control groups over time. Unpaired t test with Welch’s correction was used to compare the weight between the two groups, and data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. The data showed significant decrease of the weight on day 3 in both groups compared to day 0 (*** P < 0.001) and significant difference in the weight of two groups on day 3(*** P < 0.001)
