Sample categories are ranked in order of most diverse to least diverse, with higher values of D reflecting a greater diversity of serotypes within that sample category. The most frequently isolated serotype from each sample category and percentage of isolates within the sample category comprising the top serotype are also given. Monophasic-other refers to serotypes, other than S.
