Effect of PU.1 on Dectin-1 activation. a HEK-293 T cells were cotransfected with the indicated amount of pRK5-PU.1, 1 μg pGL3-hDectin1, and 10 ng pRL8-SV40 plasmids, and pGL3-basic and pRK5-HA were used as the negative controls. At 24 h post-transfection, the cells were harvested, lysed, and assayed for luciferase activity.
