The slope determined via linear regression for urea titration at indicated constant citric acid concentrations (darker triangles) and vice versa (lighter triangles) is plotted on the y-axis. The x-axis represents the concentration of the compound held constant. Only values for concentrations ranging from 1.0 % to 2.5 % were taken into account. Higher values point to steeper slopes and thus greater dose-dependency of virucidal effect.
