Phylogenetic tree from partial Enterobacteriaceae bla CTX-M and K1-like DNA sequences. K. pneumoniae blaCTX-M-15/28 and K. oxytoca K1/OXY-2 form distinct cluster groups, distinguishable from the K1/OXY-1 cluster, respectively. P. penneri HugA, P. vulgaris CumA and K1, C. sedlakii and C. amalonaticus form separate clades.
