Correlation between the Dll4 expression levels and the CD3 + , CD3 + CD4 + , CD3 + CD8 + , CD3 CD19 + , or CD3 CD16 +  CD56 + cell subsets in HFMD patients (n = 82). Dll4 mRNA expression and lymphocyte subsets were assessed by real-time q-PCR and FACScan analysis respectively, as described in the Methods. Each dot represents individual case and each line indicates the best-fit line. R2 values were calculated by Spearman rank correlation coefficient test.
