(A, B) Lane 3: 698 bp-tet(L) PCR amplicons, which was added to the well of PFGE gel one hour prior to completion of the PFGE running programme. Molecular weights of marker bands, consisting of XbaI digested genomic DNA of Salmonella serotype Braenderup strain (H9812), spanning the region containing the positive signals of tet(L), are indicated.
