  4. Anemia status missing in 7 patients, gender in 3 patients, age in 1 patients, BMI in 151 patients, IDU status in 46 patients, anti HCV in 117 patients, CD4 in 13 patients, oral candidiasis in 94 patients, reticulocyte index only available from 184 patients
