Case 3: A patient with larvae detected from respiratory specimen, received steroid therapy and developed sepsis with acute respiratory failure (hyperinfection syndrome). Broncho-alveolar lavage revealed pulmonary alveolar hemorrhage and larvae. Chest X-ray shows diffuse consolidation and ileum gas (arrow). CT shows diffuse ground-glass opacity with slight inter-lobular septal thickening (arrow head) and pleural effusion
