From: Antiviral activity of PHA767491 against human herpes simplex virus in vitro and in vivo
PHA767491 reduces viral titers and expression of HSV-1 proteins in various cell lines. L929 cells and HeLa cells were pretreated with DMSO or PHA767491 for 1h prior to infection with HSV-1(MOI = 2) for 8h.
