Multidrug resistant tuberculosis CNR percentage change was calculated by finding the difference between the 2010 and 2006 CNRs. All oblasts experienced an increase in MDR-TB CNR, and the more positive represent those areas that experienced a larger increase as compared to those that are smaller. More than half the oblasts in the country experienced a statistically significant change on the p = 0.05 level.
