Imaging manifestations among different age groups of 32 patients. Meninges enhancement, granuloma, hydrocephalus, and ependymitis were the most common imaging features. Seven patients presented meningoencephalitis, 1 patient presented primary granuloma, and 3 patients presented vascular complications.
