B The quantitative analysis with ImageJ software revealed that the expression level of TRIM7 in PBMCs of patients in the sepsis group was the lowest among three groups. The fluorescence intensity of TRIM7 in non-septic infection group was also down-regulated than that of the control group. The expression level of DAPI in PBMCs among the three groups showed no significant difference.
