  1. EM erythema migrans, MEM multiple erythema migrans, LNB Lyme neuroborreliosis, LA Lyme arthritis, ACA acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans, LB Lyme borreliosis
  2. aSome patients reported an EM yet no clinical information was available as it was often no longer present at inclusion
