  2. BMI subgroup were defined as underweight (BMI < 18.5 kg/m2), normal weight (18.5–24.9 kg/m2), overweight (25.0–29.9 kg/m2), and obese (≥ 30.0 kg/m2)

  4. The OR (95CI%) were calculated when low HCT-ALB (< 6.7) groups set as reference
