Overview of participants enrolled in discovery and validation cohorts to analyze MDW as a hematologic marker of MIS-C. The final analysis compared the MDW values in blood samples from MIS-C vs. infection/inflammation subjects. Healthy subjects were excluded from the final analysis and analyzed separately to establish normative MDW values in children
