Sequence alignment of Rv3737 sequences in Mtb and Determination of free threonine concentration. A Searched the protein database at the National Center for Biotechnology Information for Rv3737 in Mtb and ThrE in C. glutamicum amino acid sequences. ClustalW software (http://www.clustal.org/) was used to align sequences and reconstruct a phylogenetic tree based on sequence similarities.
