Representative flow cytometry gating strategy for different Treg subsets. In this sample gating, cells were first gated for lymphocytes (SSC-A vs FSC-A). The lymphocytes were gated based on single cells and live cells. Tregs were identified by CD4-positive, CD25-positive, and FoxP3-positive staining and were further analysed for PD-1-positive, CTLA-4-positive, and GITR-positive Treg+ T cells
