A circular aberrant signal was observed in the white matter region of the posterior horn of the right lateral ventricle, with hyperintensity on T1-weighted images (T1WIs) (white arrows in panel b) and hypointensity on T2WIs (white arrows in panel e). There was no dilation of the ventricular system, no widening of sulci and fissures, and the midline structures were in the middle.
