Second cranial MRI of the infant. A circular aberrant signal was observed in the white matter region of the posterior horn of the right lateral ventricle, with hyperintensity on T1-weighted images (T1WIs) (white arrows in panel b) and hypointensity on T2WIs (white arrows in panel e). There was no dilation of the ventricular system, no widening of sulci and fissures, and the midline structures were in the middle. Panels a–c refer to T1WIs, panels d, e refer to T2WIs, and panel f refers to T1WIs
