  1. Multimorbidity index conditions include: angina, asthma, atrial fibrillation, cancer, chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, heart failure, hypertension, myocardial infarction, peripheral vascular disease, and stroke
  2. Models adjusted for age at test, sex, ethnicity, deprivation, smoking status, body mass index, air pollution, 25‐hydroxyvitamin D, cardiorespiratory fitness, C-reactive protein, season at blood draw, and regular intake of vitamin D supplement
