  1. Legend: 53 patients with positive individual samples were tested with 200 negative results. Pools were either tested as 10 negative samples, or one positive sample with 9 negative samples. An indeterminate result is reported when only one or two replicates amplify, i.e. the signal is at the limits of detection. Pooled samples demonstrated 96.23% sensitivity (95% CI = 87.0–99.5) and 100% specificity (95% CI = 98.2–100) against individual samples
