Notes: Classification as confirmed TB required a clinical presentation compatible with TB, with a positive TB culture, a positive GeneXpert, or a histological diagnosis of TB. At least one rapid diagnostic test was positive in 11 patients with confirmed TB, while in one patient with a positive TB culture, rapid tests were negative. GXP = GeneXpert
