  1. a: MV1, 2 measles vaccine first dose, second dose.
  2. b: MR: measles-rubella vaccine.
  3. c: MMR measles-mumps-rubella vaccine.
  4. d: GB: these subjects, in addition to receiving two doses of MV at the ages 9 and 15 months, were immunized with one dose of MMR vaccine at time of school entrance.
  5. e: This group was immunized with two–doses of MMR vaccine at the ages 12–15 months and 6 years.
  6. f: This group was immunized with two–doses of MMR vaccine at the ages of 12 and 18 months.
