The area under the curve as a measure of the accuracy of the model created to predict spontaneous HCV clearance. A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted to show the area under the curve (AUC) as a measure of the accuracy of the model created for evaluation of selected explanatory variables of spontaneous HCV clearance. The model included the TT/TT genotype of rs368234815, age at RRT onset, RRT duration, and chronic glomerulonephritis. All these variables significantly differed HCV RNA positive and HCV RNA negative HD individuals (Table 1)
