Frequency of viral pathogens detected on nasopharyngeal/oropharyngeal swab by age group. The main virus detected in the samples analyzed for the groups of < 1 year and 1–4 years was the RSV, detected in 48 and 22% respectively. In the group of 5–14 years of age, Influenza A and Rhinovirus were detected, accounting for 35% of the samples analyzed.
