  1. NAT SARS-CoV-2 RNA, NAT(−) SARS-CoV-2 negative, NAT(+) SARS-CoV-2 positive. n indicates the patient number. GICA positive and negative predictive values were 13/17 (76.5%) and 37/50 (74.0%), respectively. ELISA IgM positive and negative predictive values were 20/24 (83.3%) and 37/43 (86.0%), respectively.
