  2. a Severe group needs to meet one of the following criteria: respiratory rate ≥ 30 beats per minute; finger oxygen saturation ≤ 93% at resting state; arterial blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2)/oxygen concentration (FiO2) ≤ 300 mmHg; has respiratory failure or shock; required mechanical ventilation or intensive care unit monitoring and treatment
