Effect of treatment with CRO + DOX on brain bleeding. Experimental design is as reported in Fig. 1. Brain hemispheres were collected 48 hpi, cut in 30 μm cryosections, and photographed with a digital camera to determine the number of bleedings. At least 5 slices/mouse were examined. a Macroscopical assessment of brain hemorrhages.
