Identification of dysregulation in CD4+T cell subsets based on the expression of CD127 (IL-7R) and CD25 (IL-2Rα). a Gating strategy for defining subsets of CD4+ T cells using CD127 and CD25. Cells were gated based on characteristic light scatter properties FSC against SSC, followed by gating on CD4+ T cells.
