With only a single SNP separating isolates 55 and 83 from isolate 47, but a larger number of SNPs separating those isolates from isolates 54 and 57, this cluster includes both direct transmission and non-linked isolates. The presence of zero SNPs between isolates 63 and 86 from Mixed Cluster 1 indicates direct transmission. The presence of more than 12 SNPs between isolates 63 and 65 or 65 and 86 indicates that direct transmission between them can be ruled out. This confirms the expected result indicated by their different spoligotyping lineages
