THP-1 cells stimulated by LAMPs extracted from M. pneumoniae. THP-1 cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 containing 10% FCS, 2 mM l-glutamine, 100 U/ml penicillin G, and 100 μg/ml streptomycin. The cell concentration of THP-1 was adjusted to 1 × 106 ml in 24-well plates. Different doses of LAMPs (0 μg/ml, 2 μg/ml, 4 μg/ml, 6 μg/ml, 8 μg/ml and 10 μg/ml) were co-cultured with THP-1 cells for 16 h.
