Phylogeny using Mash distances: A neighbor-joining tree was constructed using the results of the Mash pairwise comparisons. These trees represent the resolution provided by Mash for species delineation for Neisseria and Haemophilus. Each species is color-coded, and the colors for each species is listed in the figure legends provided. a This tree consists of all 10 Neisseria species in the reference collection.
