User satisfaction in the interpretation of results. The user satisfaction on one-step RT-RPA assay was evaluated based on three categories; 1) ease to interpret result, 2) time that needed to interpret result, and 3) satisfaction of the given written instruction on result interpretation. The user satisfaction for each category was rated by a scale of 1 to 7 (strongly disagree to strongly agree)
