Schematic representation of the mosaic structure of the HBV recombinant sequences of the present study. The recombinant sequences are divided into five groups (G1 to G5); based on the size of the recombinant fragments. The size of the recombinant fragments were 761 bp, 693 bp, 734 bp, 617 bp, and 492 bp for Group1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively. Genotype B sequence is presented in gray and genotype C sequence in red.
