 1) Patients with clinical atherosclerotic CVD a

 

 2) Patients without clinical atherosclerotic CVD, with LDL-C level ≥ 190 mg/dl

 

 3) Patients aged 40–75 years, with type I or II diabetes mellitus, and LDL-C level < 190 mg/dl

 

 4) Patients without clinical atherosclerotic CVD or diabetes, aged 40–75 years, with LDL-C < 190 mg/dl, and an estimated 10-year CV risk ≥ 7.5% b
